Refund Policy

At TerraCraft Outdoor Care, we are committed to providing professional outdoor services with integrity. By purchasing an estimate, service, or consultation from us, you agree to the following refund policy:

1. Estimates & Consultation Fees
  • All estimates and consultation fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, expertise, and assessment required for service planning.

  • If you choose to proceed with a paid service, we may credit the estimate fee toward your final invoice, at our discretion.

2. Deposits & Prepaid Services
  • Deposits for services are non-refundable unless canceled at least 2 days before the scheduled work date.

  • If TerraCraft Outdoor Care cancels a service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepaid amount.

3. Refunds for Completed Services
  • Due to the nature of landscaping and outdoor services, refunds are not provided once work has been completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 30 days of completion. We will assess the issue and may offer a correction or credit, at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks, Disputes & Non-Payment
  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes must be communicated with us first before initiating a claim with your bank.

  • Failure to pay for completed work may result in legal action and collection proceedings, for which the client may be liable for attorney fees, court costs, and interest on unpaid balances.
