This agreement sets clear expectations between you—our valued client—and Terracraft. We operate on respect, reliability, and long-term relationships.
Our Philosophy
At Terracraft, we believe in mutual respect, clear communication, and consistent care. Whether you’re a homeowner or managing a property for dozens, we’re here to keep things simple, reliable, and beautifully maintained.
We’re not a fly-by-night lawn crew. We’re your property care partners. Whether it’s your front yard or an entire HOA, our work is rooted in consistency, communication, and craftsmanship.
Billing & Service Options
Option 1: Standard Monthly Plan (Pay After Service)
Best for: Homeowners or clients who prefer traditional billing and basic service.

Billed: At the end of each month for regular services performed that month. All additional services are to be paid upon completion of the job.

Payment Terms:

14-day grace period from the invoice date.

If unpaid after 14 days, a $10 late fee is added every 14 days until resolved.

Service Notes:

If a visit is missed due to rain, no refund or credit is issued and no make-up visit is guaranteed.

We’ll often include a small added task on your next visit (e.g., extra edging, debris cleanup) to ensure you still feel the value.

What’s Included: Basic lawn care as agreed upon in your plan. Add-ons (e.g., hedge trimming, flower beds) can be discussed.

These visits are performed on your route day—not necessarily the same time every day, but serviced every week during the peak season and bi-weekly during the off season.

Option 2: Subscription Plan (Prepay)
Best for: HOA managers, commercial clients, or homeowners who want worry-free upkeep and premium treatment.

Billed: Prepaid monthly at the start of each service cycle.

Services Include:

All core lawn services: mow, edge, trim, blow

Priority scheduling and communication

Proactive make-up visits or alternate value if weather delays service

Optional: Scheduled evaluations, light extras based on property condition

Ideal For: Clients who want predictable care, flexibility, and top-tier attention.
General Policies (Apply to All Clients)
Service Hours

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
Service may arrive within a window, not an exact time, due to route optimization.
Communication Preferences
We prefer personal, quick communication. In order:

You can also submit requests or updates through our website’s contact form.
Gate Fee / Off-Schedule Access
A base gate fee of $45–$50 may apply if we’re asked to drop the trailer gate and service your property outside your normal route day or subscription schedule.
It covers the cost of setup, time, and fuel for unscheduled visits.
Access Requirements
Please ensure all gates, fences, and work areas are unlocked and accessible.
We will not climb fences or access restricted areas unless agreed upon in advance. Missed service due to inaccessibility may still be charged.
TerraCraft may take before/after photos/videos for quality assurance, training, or marketing. No identifying info or private areas will be shared without consent.
Add-On Services
We offer additional services like:

Services like irrigation, pressure washing, plant installation, trimming, and seasonal cleanup are billed separately unless included in your plan.

You’ll receive a clear estimate for all additional work before we begin.

Late Payments & Billing Issues

For end-of-month or post-service clients, payment is expected within 14 business days of invoice.

Late payments may result in service delays or a small late fee.

If something unexpected comes up, just reach out—we’ll work with you.
Payment Terms & Conditions (Landscaping Services)
1. Payment Structure:

A 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling any landscaping work. This secures materials, labor, and scheduling.

The remaining 50% is due immediately upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing Adjustments:

All pricing is subject to change based on actual site conditions, changes in project scope, or unforeseen factors.

If any changes affect the final price, the client will be notified in writing for approval before additional work proceeds.
3. Estimates & Changes:

Written estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

Additions or changes to the original scope may result in additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled job may forfeit the deposit, depending on costs already incurred.
5. Property Access:

Clients must ensure clear access to work areas and provide access to water and electricity if required.
Add-Ons:
Late Payment Clause:
A late fee of 10% may be applied to balances not paid within 7 days of job completion.
Weather Delays Disclaimer:
Landscaping services are subject to weather-related rescheduling. Clients will be contacted promptly if adjustments are needed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something’s off, let us know within 48 hours, we want to make it right.
We take pride in our work—and in treating every property like our own.
While we strive for utmost care, clients must report any damage within 48 hours of service completion. Valid claims will be reviewed promptly and resolved fairly.
Payment Policy
At TerraCraft Outdoor Care, we value secure, efficient, and transparent payment practices. To keep things smooth for both sides, we’ve established the following payment options and procedures:

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit may be required for new clients or larger custom jobs (including installs, irrigation, or seasonal work).

Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless a subscription plan or alternate arrangement is made in writing.

Monthly clients will receive an invoice at the beginning of the billing cycle. Payment is expected within 14 days to maintain service.
3. Late Payments

Lawn Care Unpaid balances after 14 days may be subject to a $10 late fee.

Landscaping Unpaid balances after 7 days may be subject to a 10% late fee.

Services may be paused until payment is made.
-
Non-payment beyond 31 days may result in service cancellation or a lien placed on your property.
4. Refunds & Disputes

Service issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion for resolution or credit consideration.

Partial refunds may be issued if services are canceled before the job begins, minus any incurred costs (materials, travel, etc.).
5. Security Note

TerraCraft does not accept mailed cash.
-
For safety, physical checks should only be handed directly to crew members or deposited in our marked secure lockbox on-site or at designated locations.

Online payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Square, or Plaid-linked systems, all of which use encrypted connections.
Insurance & Liability
– TerraCraft Outdoor Care is fully insured with general liability coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
– We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, underground hazards (such as unmarked irrigation or utility lines), or damage resulting from client instructions or lack of access.
– Clients are responsible for securing pets, removing toys or objects from lawn areas, and clearly marking any underground infrastructure.
– Terms are subject to change. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent Terms. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
