The other day I picked up a new lawn here in Edgewater. From the street it looked pretty normal. Decent St Augustine across most of the yard, a few thin spots, nothing wild. Once I walked it, you could see what was really going on. Weeds were creeping in from the neighbor whose whole yard is basically weeds at this point.
