We handle the stuff that has to get done every week, without it turning into a separate project. We show up when we say we will, we work clean, and you can actually reach us if something changes. Our routes are consistent, our work is documented, and billing stays the same month to month so you’re not stressing about fluctuating charges. Florida grasses gets cut the way they’re supposed to be cut, St. Augustine and Bahia at proper heights for the season, not scalped to look “tight” for two days. If we see irrigation issues, we call them out early before they turn into dead zones and complaints. Edges are clean without chewing up concrete or grass. We are the last service you call for steady property care you don’t have to babysit. Trust us, we prefer it that way.

Scope and standards

We maintain turf, beds, trees under 20 feet, and hard edges with the same standards every time: correct cut heights; careful trimming; clean blow-off; weed control for beds (as contracted); mulch by the bag for consistent coverage; and clear line items wherever Linear Feet (LF) matters. If a storm rolls through, we handle light debris and photograph anything that needs extra work or insurance attention.

 

Scheduling and reporting

Routes are set and shared. You’ll know the day we’re on-site, and if weather delays something, you’ll hear from us first. For boards and property managers, we can send a short monthly summary, what we did, what needs watching, and what we recommend next quarter.

 

Insurance, licensing, and access
We’re fully insured, we work safely, and we respect access windows and gate codes. If your community or plaza has vendor onboarding, send it and we’ll get it done. We can coordinate with security, maintenance, and other contractors so the property isn’t a circus.

 

Pricing that makes sense
We price from real rig costs. Materials include a markup. Higher-skill work (irrigation, lighting, plant installs) is billed separately from mowing so you never pay lawn-care rates for specialty service. If you need a bid sheet with LF, SQ FT, or per-fixture counts, we’ll build it that way.
